Great place to go for kind and considerate care for your animal. Also great place to buy prescription food for your pet. The staff tries to pass on coupons and rebates for items purchased. We've been long time customers of this pet hospital --taking our 2 daschunds there for a total of 25 years so far! The staff is the best and most caring of anywhere around. more

For eleven years I have been a client of Noah's Westside Animal Hospital. When I adopted my cat from Southside Animal Shelter via Petsmart I received a certificate for a free exam. At that time I was not established with a veterinary office so I decided to take advantage of the free service. Now, eleven years and multiple pets later I would not change a thing. The staff at Noah's are competent and caring and have always gone above and beyond for clients. Additionally, the hospital seems to run like a well oiled machine -- I rarely have to wait and when I have experienced a long wait the staff is apologetic. I have referred several friends/neighbors/family members and all have been as happy as I am with Noah's. more

We take our cats and dog to Noah's and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to care of your animals. The hours are very convenient (including evening hours and Sunday). The staff is very caring and friendly. It's obvious they love and care for animals. The doctors have done an outstanding job caring for our animal needs. Our dog literally gets excited when we pull up their. He looks forward to seeing the staff and they love him. Thanks Naoh's!! more

Noah's has been part of our family for longer than I can remember. The wonderful staff has taken care of our bunny (Thumper); our youngest ""daughter"" -- a chubby teacup poodle (Sami); and our hamster (Copper). I cannot say enough about how great they all are! Dr. ""O"" has been Sami's doctor since she was 6 weeks old and she is now 6 1/2. She has had several different serious health issues that Dr. ""O"" has always discussed in full with me and managed with excellent outcome. She takes her time, and is soooooo gentle with Sami! Dr. ""O"" also performed surgery on our little hamster to remove a tumor and gave her a much better quality of life! ALL the staff is wonderful and caring! (I've known Patsy and Melissa the longest and love them to pieces!) I would not even consider taking our babies anywhere but Noah's and recommend them to everyone. They truly care! more

Noahs Westside Animal Hospital is a great place for all of my kitties to go. When I go there, I know that my cats will be taken care of. I have occasionally experienced a longer wait time than expected, but when it was my turn I understood why I waited. A veterinarian and assistant took special time with my pet. At the end of the visit I recieved a report on everything the vet had found and gone over in their exam along with what test they had done and what vaccines my kitty had gotten. That was extremely helpful when I got home and needed to tell my husband what the vet had said. They were also very good with me when my kitty was sick. I had a million questions and they answered them to the best of their ability and if they didn't know the answer, they got it from a Doctor or someone who did know. I would recommend Noahs to anyone who has kitties (or dogs). They even treated my sisters bunny when it was sick, and my son's gecko when he was not shedding well. Noahs is the place for me and all of my four legged friends. Pros: Friendly staff, weekend hours, my kitties love them! Cons: Older building, but has nice new paint job. more

...She did not introduce herself, smile, etc. She did not explain any results herself, etc. There are WAY too many people working in this place. I couldn't keep all the names, faces and voices on the phone separate. I don't even know which of them were actually vet assistants or were just office assistants or what. SOME were sort of friendly but did not have exact answers. It seemed like they mostly just made it up as they went along. I was told what PROBABLY happened over and over instead of ACTUAL FACT. I was kept waiting beyond reasonable times before and during the initial exam wit h an appointment, on the phone, and picking up. The building was also shabby and in need of updating. The front step is a rather high slab and my father who is disabled almost fell getting down on the way out. I don't see how anyone in a wheel chair could possibly get in there and I am pretty sure that is against the law. An old or arthritic dog would have trouble climbing that thing. \r \r I was NOT impressed with Noah's. I have a bad feeling about this place and the people who work there. I only want the best for my cat and for EVERY animal out there and this vet is not even close. There ARE good, caring and trustworthy vets out there because I've seen them before. Surely worst exist as well, but if you care about your ""pet"" AT ALL, please do him/her and yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else! I know I will never go back. Pros: I know that my cat was indeed ill and is on his way to recovery. Cons: Everything else and more! more
