Had the most unbelievably bad experience here. Came in for a pre-owned car advertised on their site, they convinced me to do the financing piece first while they had the car ""brought over from another lot"". After 2.5 hours, I came to view the car, and it was no longer available. They sold me another pre-owned car at a crazy inflated value (my fault at that point). I called within days to express regret and they told me they would fix it and take care of it asap. After 3 months of waiting to hear from them (mostly Barnaby), I asked for a bottom line. They were offering me trade in on the car the JUST SOLD ME but at about $5,000 less. I waited and waited for calls, info, but nothing. Ended up getting a MUCH better deal somewhere else. Another hint; Barnaby was a ""friend"" of the family and offered to get me a good deal. Don't fall for that.\r I ended up getting several thousand dollars more on trade in somewhere else. Oh, and also, they tried to tell me my original sales person no longer worked there, but that was dishonest too. BAD experience. more

Best new car buying experience I've had. I called the internet department wanting a new blue Versa at close to the lowest price I could get a gray one for elsewhere. They promptly found one on the lot, gave me a stock number and great price. Went down that night and had an easy and pleasant purchase experience, including financing. Kiwi was great to deal with. If you want a fun and fantastic car buying experience, go to Nissan of Portland! I spent the better half of my day going from dealership to dealership, and was either too afraid to get out of my car because of the intimidating (and shady) looking sales people all hovering waiting for me to get out. After what I thought would be a wasted day, I stopped in NIssan of Portland and was greeted and made to feel at ease right away by my sales person Nikki. She showed me several options that would work for me and my less than perfect credit.I didn't have to do the back and forth bargaining, and I ended up getting a car I LOVE!! The finance guy Nick also made things easy- and had me laughing the whole way. more

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!! These people are liars and thiefs. When you try and comunicate with them.....they say ""oh well"" you must be wrong. To the tune of over $3,000! After speaking to several managers to fix their mistake. We were hung up on. I can not tell enough people to STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! more

I bought my car here and had a pleasant experience. Being female I was a bit scared that i would get take advantage of so i did tons of research before going out to purchase a car and found that I was treated with respect and didn't have to deal with the typical games I have had to deal with at other car dealerships. I've also had my oil changed here and found all the workers to be very friendly and am happy to have found this place. more
