I bought the nightgear light at the online store,my purcahse was ordered and delivered promptly, The nightgear light I ordered came with a clip used for climbing,the clip is not very sturdy,the screw lock slip and does not stay in place.This the only problem that I have,the light is of the best quality of materials and assembly,no pushing of a button that comes on ramdomly,wasteing batteries and then just not working at all. These are the sturdest night light for a dog that I have found!!and it is truely water proof! finally I have found light that does what it says,at a cost that is very affordable! more

I am not particularly fond of online shopping, but have found Night Gear's website easy to navigate, and their customer service prompt and helpful in answering/responding to questions. I recently placed an order with Night-Gear Inc 1/19/2009

I recently placed an order with Night-Gear Inc. for a Petzl headlamp and the whole experience was first-rate! I actually ordered on Christmas, and the items were shipped the next morning! I promptly received order confirmation and shipping notice emails. My order arrived within days (all the way to Oregon from Florida) even with no charge for shipping because of the dollar amount of my order! The items were packaged securely, so everything arrived in perfect condition. This was my first order with Night-Gear, and the first thing that attracted me to them was the fair price for the items I needed, the return policy (if needed), and the comments I read about their customer service. My experience confirms all of this--I could not be more pleased with the experience! I really value overall customer service and Night-Gear delivered! I will be checking in on the Night-Gear web site in the future for items I may need. Keep up the good work, Night-Gear! more

Very easy to buy and the lowest price I could find when you factored in no shipping, and for me no sales tax. There was a slight burp when approving the credit card which I did not understand as it went through a couple of hours later with no problem. more

The merchandise was priced very well in comparison to other on-line dealers. Shipping was a bit more expensive, but if you buy mulitiple items, it became somewhat reasonable. My only complaint was that there was no grid on sizing for the reflective vests that I ordered, so I am having to take a stab at the correct size and hope that I am correct. more
