It's great so many had a decent experience, wish I had! The lady I spoke to prior was nice. Lee however, what a jerk. Sure, warm and fuzzy BEFORE the sale, but unprofessional, dismissive, unresponsive afterwards when I called to report noticeable/functional damage to 3 pieces of furniture. Contacted to explain damage and he argued with me as if I didn't know the condition of my furniture. Simple customer service 101 - LISTEN. Acknowledge, THEN talk rather than challenge. I will say the movers were polite, but think one was new. I would've been satisfied and even wrote a decent review had the after experience been satisfactory. I even said on the phone, it happens, I get it. But after that initial call, zero response to follow up calls, emails, even sent pics. Also watch your CC, mine was over charged but cc took care of.. Good luck if you use them. Hope your experience is better!!
