Best Harware Store in the area 4/2/2010

When in need do not bother do go anywhere else!!! I ordered an item at Home Depot in Miami, where we spend our winters.; after eight months of promises I got nothing but a disgusted look by the emplyee there. Returning to Newtown I went to the hardware store on a Monday and the item was ready on Wednesday they shipped it to FL. What more do you want? On other occasions I came with a problem they advised me well or found an item that would duit my needs in the catalogues. I am very satisfied and definitely would give it the 5 stars it deserves. more

Service Oriented 8/30/2005

This hardware store is very service oriented. They have the service and items Home Depot does not. They are very helpful and always pleasant. Prices are fairly competitive and much easier to run in and get something than going to Home Depot. They have a full paint center and someone will help you on the spot. You don't need to comb the aisles begging for help. The lines are never long and you are in and out. more
