OMG! Just got back from the most excruciating bikini wax ever. Had been there once before and it was ok, not great but decent price, seemed clean and was convenient location. Went back today and spent an hour and 45minutes in torture and completely humiliated. The girl working on me had no clue how to approach a bikini wax. She seemed utterly confused. Finally another girl came into the room (without knocking) while I was completely naked from the waste down to try and show the girl working on me how to do it. Then she left and a few minutes later another girl came in to help! It was humiliating. She went over the same spots several times and still was unable to do the job correctly. I'm pretty sure she wasn't using enough wax. Basically if you don't know how to perform a service you should not be offering it at your salon. If it was possible to get up and leave in the middle of this I would have accept that I was covered in wax. Anyway, do not go here for a wax. It's a serious waste of your time and money.
