I just moved from Staten Island to Brooklyn by Liberty Moving & Storage and I am not afraid to say ?What a pleasure it was?!!!!!!!!!! I needed to move my stuff in three different destinations ? New Jersey, Brooklyn and Long Island. I was a little worried that the movers could mix up my boxes and furniture ? there was no worry at all! My truck got to my old house at the same time I got there; I arrived 10 minutes before the hour. So, it was my first pleasant surprise. The movers in this company are very polite and professional, they did exactly what I told them to do, and nothing was misplaced or damaged. My husband and I just moved from Elmhurst to Patchogue. My husband is in a wheelchair and getting around Queens is not that easy for him. The thought of moving was scary, let alone the culture shock of moving to the suburbs. We have alot of heavy and bulky hospital and therapeutic equipment. I contacted 3 moving companies to compare prices and customer service. My first contact with Liberty Moving & Storage was with Karen O'Connell. She was very friendly, helpful and seemed genuinly concerned. She set me up with an appointment for their consultant to come and write the estimate. Steve Talenti called the night before to introduce himself and confirm the appt. Steve was just as friendly and helpful as Karen. He spent time with Richie going over the equipment and some of it's special packing needs. We signed the contract that day. The day of the move couldn't have been smoother. Carlos Castro was the driver. He came in and introduced himself & THE CREW. They were all extremely polite and friendly. They took extra care with Richie's stuff. I almost felt like I really didn't even have to be there. The guys were that good. The move in was just a smooth. This was an awesome experience. It was stress-LESS.
