I had the worst possible experience with New yellow cab yesterday - January 12, 2012. I am from Canada but was working in Camp Hill, PA and was catching a 5:30 train out of Harrisburg. I called New Yellow cab at 11 am to arrange a car to pick me up at 4:45 pm to take me to the train station. We discussed price, length of trip, etc amd confirmed that a car would arrive on time. When no cab showed up at 4:45 I called back and was told that there were no cabs available and that I would have to call someone else. I was then hung up on and my countless calls back were ignored. I was stuck in Camp Hill with no way of getting to the train station. Thankfully there was an Enterprise car rental location near by which I ran to with all of my luggage and asked if I could rent a car to take the 10 minute drive to the train station. Well Jeremy at this Enterprise restored my faith in the people of Pennsylvania as he drove me right to the train station and I made it on time for my train. New Yellow cab should be shut down for their disgusting treatment of potential clients and no one should ride in these cabs!
