I just had the most awful experience with this store yesterday evening. I went in to purchase something for a friend who couldn't get there. She told me over the phone where the product was and I told her I was going to hang up because they don't like people to take phone calls in the store. The girl behind the counter started talking about me and was asking if she should tell me to get off the phone even though I had already hung up. When I responded said my friend was telling me where the product was, the owner of the store then accused me of ease dropping, even though I was 4 ft away from them, and she started snickering, making gestures and making impatient sounds toward me. Then she started making faces and rude comments and body language toward me and I then responded that she doesn't have to be mean to me about it. Then she proceeded to yell and say she would not sell me anything. Then her daughter came over and took over. Her mother stood within a few feet of me laughing at me, continuing with the gestures, continued to talk unkindly about me, and wouldn't let her daughter and I work together. I told her the daughter I had never been treated rudely, ever, not even at Walmart. No one ever apologized. Later my friend apologized and said she should have warned me and that the owner does get snippy, snobby, and rude. She said she usually deals with one worker there to avoid bad treatment. I was almost in tears. I will never go back there and only purchased the item because I friend wanted it so badly. Plus the items I saw were pricy. You have to be selective and a regular shopper to get good deals there.
