New Golden Horse is a hidden gem. I used other car services in the past and was not happy with their services because the drivers were never on time. One day my friend referred me to this company and it's has been my go to car service company since. Their drivers know their way very well and they are always on time. What's great about them, their operators actually call you to let you know when the drivers has arrived. more

Simply put: reliable, on time and cheap. There is nothing more you can ask for in a car service. I have used them these past few years for all my airport trips. Highly recommended! more

It's very easy to get a car from New Golden Horse, They are almost like a private door to door car service. They are very convenient and affordable and my go to car service whenever I need a ride. Whether it's going to JFK, EWR or for out of town business trip, I always call their number to make reservation a day before and their operators will let me know when my driver has arrived. Give them a try and you are not gonna be disappointed. more

Overall a very reliable service. Drivers always on time. Reasonable fare too. Since it's run by Chinese, their operator always the call in Chinese, just speak English and they will switch. I've been relied on them going to JFK or to the city. They can get too busy at times, make sure to make reservation one day before. more
