New Generation Homes truly is your hometown builder. The Watson family has been building homes in southeast Colorado Springs for over 50 years. Not only did we build one of the first communities in El Paso County, but we continue to be one of the top five builders in El Paso County. The company has been building in the same area since its inception.
Founded by Jules H. Watson as Widefield Homes in 1958, the company has built thousands of homes which still stand the test of time today. Sons Mark and Frank took over the reins of the company, aptly renamed New Generation Homes, in 1994. To continue the family tradition into the future, their sons and daughters are coming through the ranks in both sales and management today.
Not only has the company been family owned and operated for over 50 years, but most subcontractors and employees have been working with the company for at least 10 years, with some having been with the company for over 30 years.
