We waited patiently for many years to build a new kitchen of our dreams having lived in our current home for over 25 years. We knew exactly what we wanted although we also were aware we had a lot to learn about how to get there. When we decided we were ready, we researched it in depth and went to the Home Show to meet with specific companies. We met with Abby and Frank there and were intrigued by their use of computer assisted design although that was one of many variables we used to choose the company we would go with. Their estimate was provided in great detail with realistic allowances for portions of the project where various materials selections can vary greatly (flooring, surface materials, etc.). Their proposal was very competitive with other estimates we received. \r

They came out and took measurements and photographs and met with us to hear our ideas and hopes, and then sent us the first set of three dimensional graphics. They were beautiful and, and as we researched more, we changed and tweaked our ideas, forwarded them by email and within 24 hours got updated computer generated designs to look at. Looking back, it is astonishing how much the three dimensional graphics they created, based on the designs we ultimately decided upon, look almost precisely like the results we got! And all this was well before we had to pay a penny or sign any contracts. One of the other companies that we were considering also provided similar computer assisted design graphics, but nothing like these, and more importantly, they did not have the same passion about listening to our ideas and providing ideas and suggestions of their own while patiently educating us about options and costs. \r

From the start we liked the energy and people skills that both Frank and Abby exhibited and this was something that became very important as the project got underway and even more so as it progressed. It was a very complicated project with very clear budget limitations and innumerable choices along the way. Everyone on their team was pleasant, patient and professional including the crews related to demolition, rough carpentry, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, finish cabinetry, appliance installation, painting, clean up and more. We had access by phone to the project manager as well as Frank and Abby and even the specific crews when needed. It was choreographed very well and we were notified ahead of time when specific crews would arrive, what was going to be done and when changes needed to be made. \r

Everything before and after signing the contract met or exceeded our expectations and led to a dream kitchen even better than what we had envisioned. We can’t wait to start our downstairs bathroom renovation with them and we would recommend to without hesitation and would be honored to being references for prospective customers with their own dream projects. \r

Sincerely, Frank and Kathy\r
