GREAT SERVICE!! A couple of months ago my display on my Toshiba Satelite went out and I took it to New Dimension Service Solutions. They fixed my computer in a short time and at a very reasonable rate (better than Frys and Best Buy) The Staff was friendly and knows their stuff. Recently I had some configuration problems and since I'm from the older generation and not computer knowledgeable, I called NDSS and they had me talk to the Travis Cain, the owner. He helped me through my problem and even made a house call to help me configure my wireless network! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE and I would recommend New Dimensions Service Solution before any of the other computer Service companies. Pros: Great Service, Friendly people, good parking more

Recently I took my Toshiba Tecra M5 to New Dimension Service Solutions for a cracked LCD thinking the cost would be prohibited. To my surprise this highly professional company had me in and out the door in 3 days with pricing better than anyone else in the Bay area, believe me I researched a few other companies. After a terrible first (and second) impression, the owner of New Dimension stepped in and resolved the issues I had been having with their level of support and customer service. The owner has been working in the industry for 18+ years and understands what good customer service is.
