I just transferred my property to New Age last month, but I have been very happy so far. Brad Butler did an excellent job with the transfer working with both my existing leasing company and the tenant. He also reviewed the property and advised me of some minor work that should be done when/if the tenant vacates. more

I called and talked to a property manager about helping me with my rental property and tenant problems I'm having in Colorado. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad I called. If you are having problems managing your own property from a distance like me (out of state) you should reach out to these people. They can relieve the stress. more
