Kim Bigley AWFUL! 3/9/2012

AWFUL! When I left Bigleys office I felt like crying and I am a grown man. This doctor was so rude to me, almost as if I was a child and had done something wrong just by being in his office. He was scolding me for informing him that certain medicines in the past have not been successful for treating my cluster migraines. You would think that a doctor who sees?s patients with pain and neurological issue he would have some form of compassion or at a minimum a professional demeanor. So I left with prescriptions that I already told him I?ve taken and have not worked so I won?t be filling those and I have no prescription for acute pain so I can get some relief. I now have to try again probably wait another month or two to be seen and pay more money to maybe get a doctor that has the basic knowledge of patients with migraines. Only migraine suffers can ever really properly treat and understand other migraine suffers. I hope someday the will put more money into the studies of migraines so we sufferers can stop being improperly treated. ""I do not recommend doctor bigley"" also he is no longer at 10085 Double R Blvd Ste 310, Reno, NV 89521 he is at 85 Kirman more

Kim Bigley MD-Waste of time-Dismissive-Rude-terrible Doctor 8/4/2007

We encountered the exact same experience listed in the other reviews. Bigley will not diagnose anything other than the obvious. He is immediately condescending, rude, dismissive and does not listen or care. He will not put any effort into getting you a diagnosis and will not coordinate or put any time into your case other than your office meeting. His attitude is only equaled by his mediocrity. He wasted our time and made it more difficult to get the help we needed. This is the last thing an ill person needs. He will dismiss your input if it means he actually would have to put some work into getting your diagnosis. He does not voluntarily communicate and makes it very uncomfortable for you to ask questions. Lastly if you work with him you will find very quickly that he will burn up a lot of your time while he does absolutely nothing to help other than give you face time during your appointment. There are a lot of great doctors that want to help their patients. Bigley is not one of them. If you are ill or have a loved one that is ill, don?t compound the problem by exposing them to the mediocrity and lack of compassion that Bigley doles out. You will realize many dollars and many many months later that he does not care and will not put the work into getting you or your loved one the diagnoses and treatment you deserve. He will not put one minute of work into your case other than what is minimally required. Cons: Will make your situation worse by being a total waste of time more

Why did he become a Doctor? 4/26/2006

He is so dismissive and can't even look you in the eyes. My appt. was at 2:00 did not get in the room until 3:20. He is not one to collaborate with a patient on treatments. Does not think outside the box. I have no idea why this man became a Doctor. It also took him 3 days and 4 phone calls to get him to return my call. No longer my Doctor! Cons: dismissive, rude more

Diagnosis .... Dismiss what you say and go for the standard answer 2/1/2006

Amazing that this person is practicing, but that goes with most Neurologists in Reno! He was dismissive and perplexed by my condition. Conducted all the standard tests and was unable to conclude anything except that it must be me! What a kwack! Pros: has a degree Cons: Dismissive, rude office staff more
