extremely incredible work 7/9/2013

I highly recommend this company. We have several rental houses and have been using Paradise Valley Garage Door exclusively for at least 6 years now. They are always professional and friendly, but what brings me back again and again is their honesty. It is hard to find a company nowdays that does not try to oversell or deceive the customer. I pray that God continues to bless them as they have been a blessing to me. more

saving money never been better 7/8/2013

The tech was the most amazing person. He had a nice big smile on his face once he showed up, and was able to carry on a polite conversation with me WHILE he worked. I kept asking if I was a bother, and he said no. We talked the full time and he did a great job. more

My springs on my door just broke a few hours back. I knew to call you guys, because my neighbor gave me your number awhile back when he saw my springs, and told me I should go ahead and replace them. I should've listened to him. Had to take off a days work to get this fixed, but thats what happens when you wait til last minute. But your guy came out and did a fantastic job. Great service, great prices, and great people. more

Keep up the great work 6/24/2013

The tear down of my damaged door and installation of the new door was completed in less than 3 hours. The price I received was at least $400 less than I would have paid through one of the large chain stores. I would recommend them to anyone who needed to change their garage door. more

They came out did a perfect job 5/30/2013

I just purchased a replacement garage door remote control. Over the phone they were very helpful, they had the right item at the right price. She gave me instructions on how to code the new remote, which worked flawlessly. I was very pleased with my experience. more

Very good job 5/17/2013

I will without a doubt use Paradise Valley Garage Door again for projects around the home that I could not or would not handle myself, such as an overhead garage door. A punctual, fast and friendly crew put me at ease and the billing process worked perfect for my budget. It also makes sence to me to support local business instead of these huge overhead multi-department chains. more

Outstanding job 5/14/2013

These guys do an outstanding job. It can be pricey, but the quality is excellent. We had a screw drive motor installed and it's much quieter. The serviceman was very thorough and made sure everything was satisfactory. more

Friendly and professional 3/20/2013

I had a crack in my top panel and my door wouldn't shut. I Called late morning, the technician was at my house within 2 hours, gave me an estimate and repaired it right there. Even saw some errors in the way my opener was set up which caused the crack. He repaired it all, greased the rollers, and gave me tips on prolonging the door life. It couldn' t have been more convenient and the work was top notch. The office was friendly and responsive. For any future needs, I won't call anyone else. more

Owner knows his craft. Called, told him what was wrong and he came with in a few hours. Fast, courteous, fair pricing(did check others),been in business for years and is local.I always try to find a worker that is local, it keeps are community growing with proffesional craftsmen. Thanks Guys. more
