1st, they were VERY polite on the phone and asked what the situation was with the lawn asking many questions, then giving me a few possiblities of what the problem(s) could be. 2nd,they came out the same day i called; even coming out earlier than the appointment time after calling to see if that would be okay. Third, they sent out Jimmy and he went over everything about the type of grass we had, the weeds, and other problems along with options to try and services they could provide. He also didn't try to get us to contract for services we didn't need right now and said trying to lay sod down now with the drought wasn't smart. more

My name is Ricardo Villalta I am a Inspector/Supervisor for ABC Home and Commercial Services, I have to tell you about my experience with your company (my competitor). Had some issues with my dryer vent being clogged, found you on Craig's list, not really putting two together, called you, to have my vent clean, spoke to Amanda as frustrated as I was she was a gem...assure me my fee was going to be your advertised price... after a little frustration on my tech getting here on time, he shows up at around 9:00 pm We where in bed already,my day starts around 4:30 am. my honey says.. are you going to greet him? I said hell yeah ! I need this taking care...like someone who is NOT in a good mood after being waken up after a nice sleep, I open the garage door to meet my tech... your tech by the name of Jimmy greets me chuckling saying something like..are you an ABC guy?? I said yeah I am a inspector,,he proceeded to say we're Natures Own Pest control.. looked out and see his truck...to my dismay it's one of our Competitor, could not believe for the life of me,,, ! Jimmy was professional,jovial, friendly and awesome !!! so the next day went to work and shared my experience with Jimmy and Nature's Own Absolutely awesome ! a week later I have to call u back because my dryer guy told me there was some debris still stocked in the vent duct- Jimmy came back and took care of it ! no problem. You guys are awesome on the people u hire and you buss practices, on things and Services my Co. does not covered, I will call YOU to come and service my home and Family. You get 5 stars from me... Nature's Own has been our residential pest control service for years now. They are so nice and have always done a wonderful job. The Guarantee is the best - I see a bug, I call them, they come out and I don't pay a dime extra. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Thank you jimmy for taking care of the tiny, yet horrible, ants that took over my apartment! I had a sudden infestation of ants that no matter what I tried, I could not keep them away. Jimmy was very professional, funny and efficient! He knew just what to do to get rid of those pesky ants! I would definitely recommend Nature's Own Pest Control - ask for Jimmy! more

My experience with these guys is a bit different than the others listed here. I signed up for their service and they immediately came out. After a few weeks, I called them back because we noticed a few bugs here and there and some ants in the yard. They immediately scheduled a time to come back and re-treat for free. But then something happened and they never showed up. Ordinarily I would get mad, but I also understand mishaps occur even with the best businesses. Anyway, I called them and let them know that I waited at home and no one showed up. The secretary placed me on hold for a minute, came back on, apologized, rescheduled, and informed me I would receive 50% off of my next scheduled service! I didn't have to gripe, argue, or anything. That's quality customer service, in my opinion. Owning up to your mistakes, fixing them, and going a bit extra to make sure your customer is happy. No excuses, just doing whatever it takes to fix the problems. more

These folks really know how to keep bugs away naturally. The techs are super friendly and very knowledgable about what they use, and will do as much or as little as I want. They never get frustrated with my questions. As long as I keep the quarterly appointment, I have no problems. Highly recommend!!! more
