I think I've been using Randy from Nature First Pest Control for almost 14 years now. He's followed me from one house to the other. I had an old house and I had one piece of dry rot with an infestation and he found it and took care of it for me with no problems. I just think he genuinely enjoys what he does and does a really good job at it. For example, he will put Vaseline on the telephone wire so the ants won't cross over and come into your house. I had never heard of that! He is reliable and always does a good job. more

I've been using Nature First Pest Control for the last twenty years since they pretty much first started out. I've been happy with their services. I like what they use for their product. They always come out when they say they are going to come out, and they're reliable and helpful. They always answer questions that I have on the phone. Nature First Pest Control has worked for me very well. Initially, I had ant problems and Nature First took care of that. They have always come out to do a general update. I've also had yellow jacket and bee problems, which they have taken care of as well. I've had a very good experience with Nature First Pest Control! more

By far the best. 9/1/2011

Nature First Pest Control was fine. I have already recommend them. I have had a lot of people, and they were by far the best, and I tell all my friends. They explain what they're doing, and they are efficient when they do it. It seems like they charge a lot of money, but I don't know a lot about these things. I was pretty impressed though when I called them about some mealy moths that were driving me crazy and they went out of their way to give me excellent, free advice. I don't know if everybody would be willing to do that. more

A great pest detective. 8/2/2011

I have used Randy of Nature First Pest Control twice. Once in my old home, and again recently in my current house, which is fairly new. I was having trouble with what I thought was mice in the crawl space. I had tried other pest control companies with no luck, but Randy was the guy that finally solved the mystery. There actually were mice in the crawlspace, hiding in a pipe that was under some landscaping fabric. No one else bothered to look under the fabric. Randy sealed up the ends of the pipe, which wasn't exactly a complete fix, but he did identify the problem area. I would have liked the fix to be little more thorough, but Randy is very good at detecting things. I hesitate a bit in recommending him, because he is more expensive than the others, but if nothing else is working he is a good last resort. more

Upfront, honest, and outstanding. 7/21/2011

I wasn't there for the most recent job, but I've used Nature First for a number years and they have always been upfront, honest, and outstanding. While we were away, they came, serviced the house per agreement, and left the bill. They have done great work in the past, so there's no reason to have any questions about it, so I had the check ready for them. Barb Haney more

I called the Nature First Pest Control when I discovered the other pest company I had scheduled to come to my home had several complaints with the BBB. I was surprised that Randy personally answered on a holiday weekend, and immediately showed interest and in depth knowledge regarding my pest problems. He arrived as scheduled, assessed my concerns, performed a thorough inspection, and told me I did not need the "full assault" style package that had been marketed to me previously. Not only were his solutions practical, but they also cost significantly less, saving me nearly $1150.00. Most importantly, he told me what to expect, and like clockwork, my pest problems were solved within the 3 month window as predicted. I am very glad to have met Randy personally, and will recommend him to anyone who needs help eliminating unwanted pests. more

Very positive! They did the job right the 1st time! 6/30/2011

First time in a long time it appears we no longer have an ant problem. Nature First took their time and did a thorough job on our home. One week after complete treatment including exterior walls, we are no longer seeing anymore ants! They found a major ant nest on the west side of our home that was causing most of the problems we were having. more

They took care of our chronic ant problem very effectively, and even took the time to educate us on ant behavior. And that was after we'd tried so many different approaches on our own, to no avail. I recommend highly, and will call again as needed. In fact, I called today, to ask a question about skunks - and for no charge was given very good advice!, more

Got the mice under control, educated us in the ways of mice; a huge relief! 5/25/2011

Randy from Nature's First Pest Control really knows his stuff. I called him to help with rodent problems in my mom's garage. He met us there, bringing Brent to help. They did a thorough search for every possible mouse entry, then fixed these, leaving the mice only one way out; that's where he said we'd catch them. He was able to ascertain that there were not other rodents involved, only mice. He taught us all in the ways of mice and how to properly set the traps. Within an hour or so of his leaving we'd already caught 4 mice. He told us what to expect as far as how long it take for all the mice to be gone and we're right on track and well on our way to complete eradication. What a relief. Randy is extremely knowledgeable and he was very patient with all the questions we asked. He guarantees his work and invited us to call with any questions. I'd recommend Nature's First Pest Control 100 and will certainly call them again if the need arises. more

Great professional work 5/19/2011

This company is great. In our seasonal rental home they were the only company who was able to figure out what our 'rodent' problem was. And solved it immediately. Then, in our fairly new primary home, we had an odd smell that seemed impossible to track down. This company discovered what it was, and fixed it on the spot. Today, no funny smell in my house! I would highly recommend them. They are a bit pricier. But worth it! more

Nature First Pest Control is pleasant, natural and the price is reasonable! 5/16/2011

I called Nature First Pest Control when I first moved here fifteen years ago. They are a natural pest control service and I really like that they use dried Crysthanamum flowers instead of poisons. I don't like harmful poisons being tracked into my house. I have a yearly treatment with them. I like that they don't have to come inside, they do it all outside. Also, this really works and they never have to come back more than once a year to do treatment. I don't think you could get better service than they provide. more
