I have had my car insurance with Nationwide as long as I have been driving and have recently added homeowners. My agent, Chuck, has been helpful and caring throughout my time working with the agency, answering my questions day or night. I have found their claims service to be quick and efficient, and feel much more comfortable calling Chuck when I need to put in a claim instead of a 800 number. My rates have not changed in years, and I've found my premiums to be comparable to other companies though I have stayed with Nationwide because of Chuck's exemplary service. Additionally, the office staff is friendly and Chris Lamoureux himself is always available to answer questions.
