Excellent Service & Great Rates 10/11/2010

This agency is one of a kind! Not only did they spend a lot of time educating me on what the policy would do for me, but they helped me choose coverages that were right for my needs. Before this agency, I didn't even know that there were coverage limits to consider. Apparently, the other insurance companies I was with in the past just chose limits that they thought I needed; although, I'm not sure how that's possible when they didn't spend any time with me. This agency spent lots of time with me and were very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them because they take the time to make sure the coverages are based on your needs - not theirs. more

What a great Agency!!! Outstanding, Knowledgeable and Professional is my description of the Agents at the Agency. Beverly and Michael are totally awesome. They both take care of all my insurance needs whether it?s for my Personal, Business or Life Insurance. They always call before my policies renewals to make sure I received them and if have any questions or ways I can save money. Fantastic Agency!! 8/23/2010

The David King agency is awesome!!! They provide fantastic service and for very attentive to every detail. They expained all the coverages in a way that was easy to understand. They made recommendations and told areas I was over insured. I saved money and feel a lot more comfortable in case I ever have a claim. If you want really great service and great prices, call these guys! Very honest and fair dealing through the whole process. more

DAVID KING AGENCY IS AWESOME!!!! 8/23/2010

I have been a customer for several years now and this agency delivers fantasitc customer service!! They were able to save me money from my old insurance carrier but the nice thing is they know what they are talking about and have the ability to explain coverages and make it easy to understand. They explained all the coverages from the ones I really need to the ones I could do without and really helped me understand what I had. I recently had a claim and it was handled wonderfully! The agency was involved and guided me through the whole process while my car was being reapaired. The agent made sure I was kept informed. I'm a customer for life with that kind of service!! more

Avoid this agency. They bait and switch. 7/22/2008

I received a rate that only lasted six months. Items were added to my policy that I did not ask for. When they were removed, I received a rate increase of 7% even though I was told the rate increase should be 3%. They blamed my experience on people that no longer worked there. They obviously are not people that value their customers and can not give straight answers. more
