I went to NationsRent today to try to purchase some nail clets to put hardwood floors in. I was treated with no respect at all. I went in there twenty minutes before closing and asked if they had what I need. I was told flat out they do not carry it. My finacee mentioned that is where we got them before and the clerk said that he would not get them for us but they do have them. He lied to our face!
The clerk did not want to take the time to help out a customer. I asked him if he wanted us as a customer or if we should try to find another place to go to. The clerk said no he does not need us as a customer.
I understand that they were in closing process for the day. He could have treated us with respect. All he had to say was I am so sorry we have just started the closing procedures, unfortunatly I am unable to ring you out at the moment. Let me take the name of the item you want and I will gladly pull it tomorrow morning.
Instead we were felt unwelcome. I have worked in retail for 5 years I know that the most important thing is the CUSTOMER! That is what keeps a business alive! I suggest going to a place of business that actually wants your business instead of going here.
