We look forward to this event every year. An excellent job is done by everyone in the planning. 2010 was the best. The electric illuminaries stay lit. Everyone is so pleasant....

Beautiful in the Spring! 4/14/2006

The National Ranching Heritage Center is truly a beautiful place to visit in the spring. They offer tours through their center with the different types of cowboy and prairie period housing. The also have an indoor museum and gift shop. They have many things to see, so everyone will find something they like. They also have very flat trails that seem like they would accommodate wheel chairs. They have a beautiful white and green house that has period furnishings! more

History and Fun Come Together 12/23/2005

The Ranching and Heritage Center on the Texas Tech University campus shows just how historic Lubbock and the surrounding area used to be. The large outdoor portion of the muesuem serves for the bulk of the mueseum while there is an inside area that is more like the traditional muesuem. The center is really interesting for both natives and tourists alike! more
