Great Inspector & Friendly Service 4/18/2017

The service was very professional and straight forward. The inspector identified many deficiencies and code violations that I would have overlooked. It was well worth the money to pay for the service and I'll be hiring them again for my 1-year warranty inspection. more

detailed inspection 3/16/2017

my inspector, David, went above and beyond his job as a home inspector. i am a first time home buyer and i couldnt have asked for anything more than what i experienced with the full home inspection. i arrived the same time my home inspector arrived at the home and we introduced and told me he was gonna get started. came back about 45 minutes to an hour and a half to receive the post inspection one on one with the home inspector. he verbally gave me details and showed me pictures at the same time and gave me pros and cons about his full inspection. i couldnt have had a better in detail post evaluation of his inspection. i especially admire that he is retired Air Force as i am a Marine veteran. I thank David for his services and service to country and i would, without hesitation, recommend National Property Inspections for future inspections or for anyone who is looking to have a very detailed home inspection done. more

the property was inspected in a very professional manner, all interior, exterior areas were covered, any questions i had were answered, i had my report back within 24 hours of the inspection. I could not have picked a better company to perform this service. more

Excellent service! 1/19/2017

From the moment I called their office and had the pleasure of speaking to a young professional lady, I knew I had the right agency. I called a few other services that were cheaper but their customer service was not impressive. I called on a weekend and had my inspection scheduled and completed within a few days. The inspection was very thourough and professional. Attention to detail was evidently clear on their report. No shortcuts taken and peace of mind was well worth every penny spent. They did a termite inspection and a house inspection. Very satisfied with the professional report, customer service, and ease of payment. I live in a different city but I know I was getting the best service and had nothing to worry about. A++++ all the way! Will recommend. more

I hired National Property Inspections to inspect the house I was buying. They did an excellent job, extremely thorough. The inspector called me and walked through the entire report with me to break it down and let me know what was important and was minor. They did a great job. more

I had a great experience with NPI. They did my home inspection for me. They pointed out things I didn't know was wrong with my home. Now when the builder comes to do the repairs I can tell them what they need to repair. I would recommend NPI to anybody who is looking for a professional inspector. more

Efficient and Fair 12/30/2016

We had National Property Inspections do our Initial Inspection of our home purchase. Rodney did a Fabulous and thorough job. He was helpful and gave us great tips on the appliances and the roof and other structural things. He was friendly and already came with RAVE reviews from other buyers and our realtor. The next visit came from David. He came to inspect our water heater after we bought the home. He was honest and helpful with choices and options with our water heater. Thanks guys! Would definitely use their services again! more
