Horrible experience with this company 12/14/2009

Had them clean 2 area rugs and they ruined them. They remained wet for days then smelled so badly we had to throw them both away. The owner was very rude and unprofessional and after many phone calls agreed to give me my money back but unfortunately doesn't come close to how much both rugs cost me. Horrible experience! more

need something cleaned 12/10/2005

I needed my antique carpet cleaned, had a pet dilemma. They gave me an estimate on the phone. So I called around and found out they were the cheapest. So I brought my rug to them, and the price he quoted was the same when I came in. I picked up my rug in two weeks and it looks good as new. They offer the best service as well as price. more
