Im in Fort Walton once every two months customer service the is really bad, I had to wait to get my car because I got there an hour earlier. I am club member, after calling customer service 800 number to complain he finally gave me a car. I was there in October customer service agent couldn't find my reservation so I had to make a whole new reservation because she couldn't find my reservation.I'll be going back to Fort Walton this month hopefully this time I have a better customer service\r
