Natick Family Dental

It seems weird to review a dentist, but Natick dental and the team are as good as it gets. From the time you call for an appointment until check out, it's a pleasant and efficient experience. I've been a patient of the doc for about one year now and I'm always impressed with how soon I can be seen. Even for a non-emergency appointment, I can usually be seen within a week. Despite it's Uptown location, parking is a breeze - I have no idea how they manage given the size of the lot, but I've never had a problem parking right out front. When you walk in, you're greeted by bright smiles and pleasant demeanors. Check in is easy and there's usually not a long wait to get called back. The lobby is also cozy and has the cutest decor I've ever seen in any healthcare setting. Everyone here is kind and pleasant. Everyone! No matter what hygienist or dental assistant you see, you can be assured that they are friendly and thorough. Everyone walks you through everything, explaining what's happening, what to expect, why that tool is making that noise and so on. Overall, Natick Family has the dental care experience down to a science - is it weird to say I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned? more

To say the least, I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I find most experiences noisy and painful. For the first time ever, I did not mind going to my appointment. I saw the dentist for my yearly cleaning and X-rays. It was easy to request an appointment online. Being that my appointment was not time sensitive, I was scheduled about 3 weeks out from the day I sent in a request. The office was well lit and offered a laid back and comfortable vibe. If you are like me and have anxiety about going to the dentist, you can also pick your favorite Netflix show or Pandora Station to make the time go faster. I ended up getting dental implants and some perio work done. The doctor was great and my smile has come back. Both Doctor and her staff were kind and efficient. She took her time and was sure to check in throughout the process. After the cleaning, she offered mindful care tips. I would definitely recommend going to this office! more

It was my first time going to the dentist in 4 years haha. I have to admit this was the first dentist appointment I ever made as an adult. I used to have my mom do it when I was still on her insurance LOL Even though I've had my own insurance for the last few years I still hate dentist office visits. I filled out their new patient registration online on a Friday but since they're closed I had to wait until Monday to call to make an appointment. Their schedule is packed so the next availability they had was 2 weeks out. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was taking x-rays of my teeth. I've never been a fan of it since it hurts to bite down on their tools. The dentist was friendly, the check-up/cleaning was fast. I hate getting my teeth flossed at a dentist office since they usually are very rough and my gums start to bleed, the dental assistant used a gentle hand and was very quick. I can't sit still for long so I appreciate that the cleaning was done in a timely manner. Overall I'm very pleased with my visit. I'm not a fan of going to see the dentist but they made it pleasant for me! more

I don't normally get around to writing reviews as have two young children that keep me very busy! But after coming out of her practice a few days ago I felt so grateful that I had to make the time to do this. I am terrified of the dentist (give me childbirth any day) and the dental staff are wonderful. For some reason anesthetic always takes forever to take effect on me and I feel some pain for a while and require lots of time and more injections. Luckily Kimberly is very patient, understanding, and so reassuring. I still don't love going to the dentist, but as I told Kimberly she can never leave me, as I can't imagine going to anyone else now! more

The best dentist I've ever been to. She's incredibly friendly and she explains everything in a straightforward and honest way. Her prices are great too and they accept all the major insurance providers. When I moved from MI, I needed a dentist for cleanings. The dentist and her crew made it easy and painless. I also wanted to get veneers placed on my front teeth, and I just had the first stage of that procedure done today. I'm very happy with everything! more
