I have been traveling from Haverhill, Ma to Groton to see Dr. Oneil for years. I wouldn't even consider finding a local doctor because I don't think they could compare to the care and service I get from Nashoba Vision. I have never waited in the reception area for more than ten minutes, the office staff is always kind, and Dr. ONeil is always thorough, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I feel confident in saying I am getting the best possible care for my eyes! I also sent my parents to Dr. ONeil, and they travel from Hampstead, NH for their annual visits. They wouldn't have it any other way! more

Depends on Their Mood 5/19/2010

I think the type of experience you have here depends on the mood that they are in that day. I have gone there many times. I have seen him red-faced and in a really bad mood about something and other times he is very happy and acting like he is your best friend. The staff is usually always polite but they do seem stressed. more

Time to switch to another office 5/12/2010

Shop around, glasses are pricey. They look like they have a big selection but most are the same ones from 10 years ago. Check your bills very closely, lots of billing errors. Don't try calling, you'll be on hold forever. One person working the front desk for patients coming in/leaving and answering phones. High turnover...every year I have gone in for an eye exam there is someone different working there. I am switching to another local eye doctor. more

Other local offices are a better choice 5/12/2010

Please Beware before becoming a new patient or continuing as a patient here. There are not many reviews posted online but there have been many negative emails circulating in Groton recently about this business. They are very good at presenting themselves in a positive way but the reality behind the scenes is something much different. more

Professional and Convenient 10/23/2006

I can't say enough about the staff and quality of care that my children and I have received at Nashoba Vision. Dr. O'Neil is very professional and wonderful with people. I got some fashionable glasses and a great deal on contacts too. Check them out! more
