Napoli Pizza Inc

OK first I would like to point out that the negative comments I have read on this restaurants are so far from accurate. I have been visiting Napoli for about five years now. The owners/management are very friendly and attentive. If there was ever a problem with my order it was promptly fixed and credited. Now on to the food... OUTSTANDING! Everything is done in-house. The spaghetti sauce is the best! The pizza is incredible! They have two different style pizzas and every time I order I am torn between the tradition newyork style (which by the way is closest to NY pizza I have found outside of the big apple) or the sicilian. Over the past five years there is still nothing on the menu I have not loved!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic italy or just a great slice of pizza! more

I am a pizza fanatic. Let me say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered an order of cheese bread and a 16 piece silcilian supreme. The dough was like rubber, it was very greasy, The toppings had to be from last (Hence the Special). I could not believe how bad it was. The cheese bread had no flavor and was also like chewing on an old piece of gum. Couldn't believe I paid 30 bucks and tipped 4 dollars for this garbage... more

First, allow me to start with this... the pizza is good. However, this place has a bad habit of serving very old food, and when called on it, the owner flat out refuses to give a refund or exchange the uneaten food for fresh food. I'm a fat guy and I've worked in pizza places much of my life, and I know the difference between fresh pizza and pizza that was at a MINIMUM 3 hours old. It was hard as a rock, ice cold, and the cheese was even congealed. When I called to complain, the owner refused to fix it in any way. I then drove to the store to SHOW him the pizza, and he still told me in no uncertain terms to leave the store and that I was banned for accusing him of serving old food in front of other customers. (Note that several customers in the front of the shop who overheard the discussion (he got loud, as did I) were in complete agreement about the owner's absolute refusal to work anything out, as the pizza was obviously at several hours old. Note that the delivery itself took over an hour and a half from the time it was placed. I have boycotted this place permanently. Pains me to do so, but I will not support a business with such blatant rudeness to the customers, refusal to make right what was obviously wrong, and so forth. more

The taste of their pizza is wonderful!! My mom has taken me there since I was little, even their fountain drinks taste good! I only live out in Plum but they wont deliver to me out there so I make the trip to pick it up... it's soooo good though! Pros: Best crust in Monroeville Cons: There's not one out near me :-( more

Napoli's is the best I've found in Monroeville for home made pie! Some times delivery can take a while, but that just shows how many people love it! more

I bought a pizza at 3 oclock and drove a couple miles to get home. When I opened the box, the pizza was obviously left over from lunch. The crust was hard, hard cheese and warm, not hot. I called to speak with the owner and he denied serving ""leftovers"" and did not seemed concerned that I was not satisfied with my order. I would not recommend this pizza place, you'll never know what your going to get when buying from Napoli's in mircle mile! :( Cons: Paying full price for old pizza. Owner not concerned on ""making it right""! more
