The technician was extremely pleasant and did not make me feel stupid for not understanding how the system worked! I thought it was fabulous that someone was here the same day I called given that the temperatures were so high outside. I expected business to be backed up somewhat. more

Huge professionalists 3/5/2012

In this day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I find the courtesy, professionalism and follow-through of the Naperville Aero staff to be refreshing. Everyone I have ever spoken to is polite, helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile more

Very efficient 3/5/2012

My heating unit went out on a weekend and I was extremely cold and out of sorts. I called Naperville Aero Refrigeration & Applianc, they sent technicians to fix the problem. The AC repair was done promptly, efficiently, and correctly. They did more for me than I expected or asked. more
