Dr. Welch and her staff are personable and professional every time I go in for an appointment. Just recently, Dr. Welch and her staff were very accomodating to me during an "emergency" Friday appointment. I needed to go into the office to be seen for some excruciating gum pain, and since I am pregnant I was extra worried about my pain. Well, Dr. Welch and her staff were too, so they allowed me to come in late Friday afternoon, even though I had to travel all the way from work 30 minutes away. They kept the office for me; thus, allowing me to be seen, even though Fridays are their early days off. I really appreciated the fact that I was able to be seen right away! Thanks! Rebecca R.
