I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with an eclectic approach on mind-body, psychotherapy, and stress reduction. My approach is open self-empowerment with a focus on re-creating mastery and restoring wellness and balance. I am an EMDR Level II trained clinician (see emdria.org) and an Advanced Level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (see traumahealing.org) as well as trained in Hypnosis. I employ the creative arts when applicable in my practice to facilitate fuller expression and to develop and enrich personal metaphors.I enjoy working with couples and families and groups as well as with individuals, from the ages of teen to adult..
