Worst place ever!! The person I dealt with spoke down to me the entire time and when questioned on the repairs, he informed me that they didn't do certain things that were clearly on the detail. When questioned he printed out the detail and then tried to backtrack on what he had just said. When I voiced a concern on the operation of my trunk he said ""it works!""? That is your response..... Where did customer service go? Well I can tell everyone that it is not here! My car only had 700 miles on it when I was struck by a car... As if that is not bad enough I picked Nalley to repair my car!!!! If I would have read reviews first I would have taken it somewhere else!!! They only care about doing the least repairs needed and being paid by the insurance company.. The only thing they want to the person out of the door and the check in their hand! more

I dropped my car off there to have some work done to the hood of my car. I was told they would have to replace it so I got my insurance company to cut them a check them Friday before I brought it in so they could have the parts they needed to start working when I did actually bring my car in. Now remember, I hand delivered this check. I was told the parts would be ordered and that it will only take 3-5 days to fix. I am paying for a rental car daily out of my own pocket. It is now Monday, a full 7 days later and I have heard nothing. No one has called me or told me what's going on. I called to ask what the status of my car was and after about 15 minutes of going through the run around I am told that they will call me back, and then hung up on. This is just terrible service and I will never be bringing my car back here. I will make sure nobody else I know does too. Rating: Wow...really? more

The paint match on my Honda looks perfect 1/14/2011

They do really nice work. My car was hit when metro ATL was hit with icy roads the week before Christmas. The other driver's insurance used Nalley Collision as one of their preferred repair shops. Although I have a Honda and Honda Carland is literally across the street, I decided to go with Nalley. My bumper is new and the paint match is spot-on perfect; from the front my car looks brand new! more

Fraud's 6/29/2010

I caught the technician in a lie on the invoice. Nalley said they had replaced the rebarb on the car and were trying to collect additional money from the insurance company when they did not do the work. i ended up getting $400 taken off of my bill because I caught them in the fraudulent act. My car was still not fixed correctly and I'm taking it back to them again so they can align the bumper properly. Furthermore, I had to call 3 times and finally called the GM at Nalley Toyota to get the manager to call me back in regards to the repairs. Lastly, they told me the car would be ready at 4pm. I got there at 4:30 (after leaving work early to pick up the car) and the car was still not ready. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my car. Do not use this company. They are horrible and frauds. Cons: lied on invoice about a repair to try to get more money more

Terrible! Wish I had gone someplace else! 6/3/2010

The customer service was terrible, from the receptionist to the technician. The car was late and the repairs were incomplete, I had to take it back a second time, plus I had to take it to the dealership for a diagnostic to prove that it was really Nalley's fault. When I got the car back, it had literally no gas in it (I had to coast it into a gas station) and the odometer was over a 100 miles above what it was when I gave it to them. I can't prove that the odometer was so high, so shame on me for not thinking I had to take a picture of it before giving it to them. I've learned that lesson... Terrible Service - Unreliable 1/30/2009

Had my car repaird there Fall of 2008. Repairs took longer than anticipated for reasons not explained to me. My door doesn't close right still. They also replaced a tire that does not match the other 4. Since the repairs so long (longer than standard for the work to be done) the insurance company stopped paying for my rental car. I eventually got Stephanie, the manager to agree to pay the extra days on the rental car, however, NOW - January 31st of 2009 the retal car company calls me because they have received NO payment from Nalley. 1st call to Nalley on 1/30/09 at 1:30 PM asking for stephanie - we were told she just went to lunch. Next call was placed at 2:45PM on 1/30/09. We were told she just went to lunch. Really? We were told that at 1:30? No she just left about 1/2 hour ago. Next call - She is at the location #2. We call location #2 and are told she is at location #1. Pros: They may have time to GET your car in Cons: Good luck getting it out, repaired correctly and on time more
