I took all my dry cleaning/tailoring here for a year with excellent results...and then things started to go wrong. Simple repairs fell apart after one wearing - and I sit all day at work so am not abusing my clothes. Then they lost a batch of dry cleaning with several designer suits and blouses. Two weeks later they found it but still charged me full-price. Next I dropped off a favorite blouse of mine for basic cleaning (no stain removal) and got it back with a huge scorch mark on the front - the shirt had to be trashed. I tried them one last time (because they are so nice and so cheap) but once again they misplaced my clothing! They found it later that evening but still...it doesn't exactly inspire confidence. They STAPLE the little paper tracking tags right through the interior labels instead of around them, making it a real pain to get them off without damaging the clothes. And to top it off, they have bent several hook-and-eye closures so severely that they jabbed me in my spine on the subway and I eventually had to have them replaced elsewhere. I WISH I loved this place...but I don't and I won't be back.
