Be careful of the owners of this nail salon when you give your nail tech tips. Apparrently, the owners steal tips from the nail techs and their cuts. My friend gave $10 tips to her nail tech then left. A few minutes later she returned to fix her nails. My friend then found out that her nail tech only received $3 tips. Some of the good nail techs are no longer there. They are sueing the owners for stealing tips and not paying them fully. Court date is set on November 21st... Check it out! BTW, do you know where these girls eat lunch? the next time you are in there try to find out. You will be shocked! what a Sweat Shop. I feel sorry for the girls who needed to work there. I heard so many bad story about the owners from my nail tech. It's amazing how these things are going on in such a nice place. My nail tech left so I will never go back to this place again. more

So i am from east cobb born and raised I'm 25 years old, and love living here! I recently just got my nails done at nail eagle where i have been a handful of times before. Each time i have gone i have always been treated not so good, but still continue to go there. Anyways, the nail technician this time had no idea what she was doing, so much, that a colleague of hers came over her shoulder to help guide her on what to do. Then they gave me a new technician that was so frustrated that i wanted someone new she got me finer on purpose to the point where it was bleeding and was incredibly rude. My nails look awful with paint all over them. I will NEVER GO THERE TO GIVE THEM BUSINESS AGAIN!!! I have NEVER been treated like that before with such ruddiness. I HATE THIS PLACE AND NEVER WISH TO STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THEM TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE I WOULDN"T!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Great service...they actually greet you at the door; makeing you feel sooo much more welcome instead of someone, not even looking up, and saying, "pi- ou- a -colar". The service i received was quick and efficient. no waiting!!! The job had lasted longer than any other place I have ever been to and I have been to many, many nail salons. I have finally found a salon that I will stay with(providing nothing changes) from now on. Thank you Nail Eagle!!! more

I agree with what everyone else says - it is a lovely place and very relaxing. The staff is always wonderful. But the thing that really stands out for me is that normally if I get color on my own nails after a manicure at another salon, the color only lasts 2 or 3 days. If I get color on my nails after a manicure at Nail Eagle, it usually lasts at least two weeks! more

I love this salon! From the minute you enter the door to the time you leave, you feel like you have left all your worries behind. The sounds and scents are so calming and relaxing, and the environment so beautiful, that it makes the time you are there go by way too quickly. The staff is always so friendly and helpful ~ always asking if there is anything they can get you, or if you are comfortable. I have tried many nail salons in the area, but this one is far and away my favorite. Every single time I leave, I always feel satisfied that I have gotten the best manicure or pedicure ~ I always get compliments on my manicures. I have several friends that I know go there, so I know I'm not the only one who knows a good thing when I find it. If you are searching for a new salon, try Nail Eagle. So I called to get my sister a gift certificate. First they would not take credit cards over the phone so I sent a check. The check was never found but, now they will take my credit card. Twice my sister went to get her nails done. The first time they did not know anything about it and they wanted proof that I actually paid for $50.00 worth of services. Second time, sister shows up with date, tracking number, and a1800 number to call the bank. Still no service since they wanted "hard proof" and apparently is too difficult for them to call and verify...Brilliant! When I asked for my money back I was told "our policy is no money back on gift certificates." However, my bank called them to dispute the charge. Now they found the gift certificate but my sister already went somewhere else. They lost a customer, they getting bad publicity all over a sad $50.00 bucks. more

I have been seeking a nail home for a couple of months now; and this place is it. I have gone to several in Alpharetta and Roswell. Either they had poor customer service, smell of fumes, anti-social, unless you are one of their employees. One day after work, I was driving to the Office Max and saw how nice it look for it be a nail salon. I decided to go that very weekend; and was glad I did. You receive a hello as you enter, get seated promptly, best chairs I've ever sat in at a nail salon; very soothing music, smells very nice without the smell of harsh chemicals. All employees dressed in white, excellent service; not to mention their expertise is astonishing. All of their pedicures are great; but the Special Paraffin Pedicure is addictive. It was recommended to me by another patron and I was happy I listened. The atmosphere is not of a normal nail salon; which makes your time there even more enjoyable. After a hard work week, or just girl time; this is the place to feel pampered and can say it is worth your money. I don't typically give reviews, but this place is so great I had to. This Nail Spa is SO nice & tranquil. They are very friendly & aim to please! The best pedicure chairs in Atlanta!!! The only advice I have is to get rid of the massage timers, it's very jarring when you are trying to relax. Also the voice caller ID is on speaker. That is also annoying. I only recently visited Nail Eagle. But upon entering the establishment, I immediately realized this place was different. There was an immediate "Hello" as i entered, and ambiance was great! The establishment is so large that i never feel cramped but very relaxed in my own space. I am a stickler not only for the service administered itself, but also for the "customer service." The staff, all staff, are very friendly and professional. And each time new and sanitized utensils are used. I have been getting manicures and pedicures for years I have never seen a place like Nail Eagle! The nail techs are fabulous and very professional. You feel like its a true day spa and much lower prices! Nail Eagle in East Cobb is probably the cleanest place I have ever walked into. The decor is also fabulous, that includes the best chairs I have ever seen!!! They offer so many services--I cant wait to try them all! Pros: Decor, Cleanliness, service, prices Cons: none more
