As usual, I left Nuovo in a very good, relaxed mood. Le Ann is the best at making you feel special. She listens to what YOU want, while making recommendations to keep my style current. Her present assistant gives the best ever hair washes.Desk staff has always assisted me in the most professional and friendly manner. My husband even complimented me on my hair when I returned home :-). more

I continue to be so pleased with Amber. She is making subtle changes to my style, but explains her rationale and I have to agree with every suggestion! Her head massage during shampoo is to die for, especially after a long stressful day at work. more

Wonderful....except 11/12/2011

As usual, feel very comfortable at Nuovo. Everyone is professional and thier system makes it easy for the customer. The only exception is that the cost keeps going up. Last year the cut/dry went from $35 to $40 during winter'11. This Nov'11 the cut/dry already went to $45. Not sure where it's going. Customer should be told of price changes. Otherwise, love the place! more
