NPI Limo Service

First i called in on late notice and they had been booked up they stated. The guy i spoke with said he could try to make something happen for me and my wife on our wedding day, even though it was thursday and i need it for friday. They then called me back on the number they asked for and told me they opened up a space for me for their 20 passenger black hummer. My wife had no idea that i made the booking and this limo service played a big role in the surprise. The driver was very professional, had a great attitude and wanted to make sure our event went perfect. The service they provided for me was anything i could ever ask for if not better. I have used other limo companies in the past but npi limo stood out and showed me what a limo really means. I already have another limo booked for this summer for my sisters bday party and i cannot wait. I have no idea why there was a review on this company of a 2 star... If you havent used this limo company, i highly reccommend it! more

I found all of the staff to be very sincere and helpful!! The Hummer we used was clean as well as beautiful. Our driver was friendly and catered to our every need! I could not have asked for a better time! Can not wait to use their service again! more

Horrible service, Not professional, and flat out refused to take my business. I called to book a ride and was greeted by a man who instantly said they didn't have any openings, changed his mind an said he'd have someone call me back and then hung up! He didn't even take my name or number! 45 min later finally a response, with a man who rudely said I'm sorry I can't help you. Looks like their business isn't second to none like their website so proudly says. more
