Everyone in the office is friendly and gets to know the patients very well. The only one a little weird is the actual dentist; which by the way is the only one working. So between all the patients in at one time, each one has the dentist running back and foourth while we share the same time. Sure I came for a walk in appointment... so I should expect it to be a while for them to see me, but after them telling me it wouldnt take too long, I had noticed it was 6 o'clock... two hours had passed by, and they only took in two patients! SHEESH. Meanwhile as people walked in, friendls and aquantences would go behind the counter and go on the computer! What the hell.... Receptionists would chat with friends, people who weren't coming in for appointments. Wow. So I rescheduled. The next time I came in, they asked me to fill out my information a second time because they had lost my information. Yes... lost my paper. The people are super nice and very friendly and helpfu, unlike most, but they're so unorganized and unprofessional!
