N.R.G is one of the most trustworthy and professional company that I've used. They did more then what they've promised. Lastly after they installed my Heating and air conditioning they're clean up was amazing my house was spotless. I have been using NRG Heating and Air Cond Inc for the past 2 year. I have nothing but rave reviews to give them. The have been courteous, professional and knowledgeable.\r \r I would continue to use them when there is a need at home at my place of business. more

worst service, completely unprofessional 7/24/2006

Called during first weekend of 100+ degrees weather. Serviceman (I use that term loosely) looks at equipment and refuses to work on it saying everything needs to be replaced at a cost of $10,000 (with easy financing). Would not do anything. We paid a $95 service fee and called another company. There was NOTHING WRONG with our unit after minor adjustment (A/C unit is only 6 yrs old). Pros: came same day Cons: total ripoff more
