My Hearts Keeper provides companion care/sitter services. Supervision for safety. Reminders to take medications and perform tasks independently. Assist with meal preparations. Personal Care Services: Assistants with Bathing and Personal hygiene, Dressing, and Grooming. Continence Care/Toileting assistants, monitoring skin conditions. Errands and Escort Services: We will run simple errands which include light shopping, prescription pick ups, and we will provide escort to and from appointments and events.
