The dentist was very good at explaining the procedure and its expected aftermath, and performed the procedure very well, with quite a fast recovery. Also, the front office staff is very friendly and responsive regarding billing questions, etc.\r more

I had an excellent experience at the Ballston Metro Dental office. I was extremely nervous about having the Endodontic procedure done, but the staff and the dentist was very nice, they told what was going to be done step by step, and what to expect. I felt absolutely no pain which is very important.\r more

This is my first time going to Ballston Metro Dental, and I haven't been to a dentist in years. I was quickly taken back with no wait time. And through the whole visit I hardly had any wait time at all. The doctor told me what all my probably were and then double checked with x-rays the whole process was very efficient. The best part was how to pay for it. My insurance covers next to nothing and the office laid out a great way for me to pay for everything to get everything done. Overall great first visits, will update if that changes on the next visit in two weeks!\r more

EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE DENTIST GAVE ME A TREATMENT PLAN THAT WAS IN-LINE WITH MY NEEDS AND MY BUDGET. THE OFFICE WAS WILLING TO ADJUST TO MY BUDGET LIMITATIONS, WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY QUICKLY AND ACCOMMODATE A LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT CHANGE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS DENTAL OFFICE AND LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUED TREATMENT WITH THE DENTIST AND STAFF.\r more
