This is a great dentist to go to if you enjoy rude staff and being lied to. During my appointment someone from financing came up to discuss what is and is not covered on my insurance. Make sure you get this in writing, as I found out, they like to lie. I was told exactly what was covered and what wasn't. I went ahead and paid, with the understanding that my bill was paid in full. Only to receive a bill for over a hundred dollars a couple months later. I called and asked about it and was told they were wrong and certain items that they said were covered, were in fact not covered. I then paid that bill, only to have another bill come a few more months after that. Now billing will not take my calls and i have to continue to pay bills that i am not even certain on what they are for, for fear of it getting sent to collections.
