My Dentist Complete Care

They are very unorganized, the stations are not stocked, Dr Kouts is always late, or doesn't show up at all. The staff is nice, but they have gotten used to being apologetic. There is no operations managements in place. Pros: Have the latest Technology Cons: Don't go there more

I trusted the fact that Dr Kouts was going to be honest, but boy was I wrong. The first visit that I had there people in the waiting room were getting upset because of the prices, and the billing. I thought just an unhappy customer and yes dentists are expensive. Well little do I know because I put my trust in her that I was in for a ride. I had several root canals and several more that I thought needed to be done. But after getting root canals done and tooth removed and in severe pain, and not being able to get in touch with the dentist, because she opps, goes out of town and dosnt have anybody to fill in for her. The day I came in to get a extraction on the tooth she said I had to have a root canal done on. And yes she billed me for the root canal and extraction. There were no assistants the only person in there to help her was her husband.. Who is not an assistant, he is a firefighter. She also advised me that day, she would be leaving for a month for surgery but there would be someone there to fill in for her if I should have any problems. Well guess what, there was nobody there. I had problems, I had to go to another dentist, and guess what, the root canals that I thought had to be done still, no decay on those teeth. No telling if one of my teeth that she said had to have a root canal really needed one. I know that there were 2 teeth there that did need root canals, and were in bad shape. I got overcharged, and she maxed out my benifits in just 3 office visits. I have to have 3 crowns put on and guess what no more benefits. Until next year 2008. \r The problem is staff, they dont know what is going on. The dentist herself, shes good. She is gentle. Koni Couts was too conservative when working with me. I had previously had a tooth and a tooth that had grown in behind it pulled from the right side of my mouth. I had the same problem on the left, so I went to Dr. Couts to have taken care of. She pulled the first tooth but refused to pull the second. It has caused my difficulty and now I am paying another dentist to pullit anyway. She also refused to remove one of my wisdom teeth insisting that I would have room for it. As it continued to come in it has caused my front teeth to cross each other. Being conservative is good, but not if it means I will just have to get more done later.
