Mvp Auto Sales Inc

Bought a car from MVP about 10 months ago and they were really good to work with...which is how every dealer should be. Now it is 10 months later and after 9K miles the transmission had a significant failure and it will cost just about as much to fix as it cost to buy. I called Dave and he stated he maybe able to pick out something real good at auction for me and that he maybe able to work with me on the down payment... Dave and mario can work with me on a down payment and get me into a dependable car, they will have earned a customer for life... Lets see how it goes, looks good so far!!! Thanks Dave more

Good: I was able to buy the car with little money down. They worked with my situation and I was satisfied with the process...I would buy another car from them.. Bad: After about 9,000 miles of daily driving the transmission just died (and i mean died). I am yet to call them, but hopefully I will be able to report that they were able to help me, considering I just bought the car back in february...they would not be obligated to do so, but it would be sweet.. Improvements: The office was manned soradically, so it was hard to make a payment, unless you like making phone payments. So I made a few trips and was not able to pay, then got a late fee when I could finally get back to Puyallup. I also wished the vehicle did not die after just 10 months and 9k miles...but hopefully they will work with me to make that right. I am hopeful, they have been pretty cool so far.. more

Ive never been happier purchasing a used car than I have with this dealership I have 5 children now all grown so you can say I have done my time at "used" car lots. My wife and I purchased our youngest two daughters vehicles there and received great deals with no unexpected surprises once we got home if you know what I mean and I'm sure you do if you have ever bought more than one used vehicle. As far as the sales employees goes I never felt pushed into buying anything and they let us really take our time and were great helping us find a safe, appropriate but still "cute" car for each of our daughters (I have 5 girls and can be easily convinced to getting what they want instead of what is best for them) I will buy from them again if ever looking for a used vehicle and have and will continue to recommend MVP auto sales to friends and family. more

The vehicles themselves are not why you want to go here. Yes, they are nice for first time buyers or for someone who does not have a lot of money or good credit. But, the salesman are very nice. They kind of let you do your own thing and are not too pushy. And they are nice to look at. They are also just generally nice and friendly; they do not seem fake like most car sales people do. more
