I left my senior father to meet the repairman to diagnose and then repair a broken thermostat wire. Moved thermostat to a location that is an eyesore for $421! I called to get an estimate on moving it to an more visually pleasing location. They wanted an additional $80 just to give me an estimate and were very rude on the phone! They just care about making a quick buck, not customer satisfaction. more

rip offs 2/2/2006

i had them come to my house to fix my furnace and after 1 hour the guy said i owed him $200. he said they charge $140 per hour plus service. when i called the company the said tyey did not charge by the hour but whatever he said was right. give me a break!! more
