Not only can you do your grocery shopping by just taking the elevator, you have the streetcar to take you around. The units are modern and have great views. Most importantly is the staff - they make sure that the tenants are happy and taken care of. If there are issues or problems, maintenance is always available. The grounds are immaculate and noise is rarely an issue. The building is secured and pet friendly. I'm so happy to be living here!
