I have to admit, I was skeptical after reading all the negative criticism of Alice Russell. After meeting her last fall, she explained that these negative criticisms were all just one person who felt she wronged him in some way. Whatever that case, I called a few of the references she provided. They mentioned if I was patient and could wait (she has small staff working for her), that I would be happy with the results. Her price was VERY reasonable, and her references seemed legitimate...so I took the chance and gave her my beloved 1966 Chevy Nova Wagon. I just got it back last week, and I'm SOOOO glad I took the chance with Alice and her staff. If I had room in my garage, I would buy another Nova and give it to her tomorrow. If you call her, ask her for her references and call me. Marty. I will show you before and after pics (all high resolution). If you want, I'll even show you the car. This guy that is out to tarnish her reputation is not a good person, and will someday have to answer to a higher power. I just don't understand why people spend so much energy on being negative and hurting people. Alice, again...thank you for the GREAT work you did with my Nova. You're the best! more

Alice is nothing but great she finds the best deals on parts and services pay great attention to details and listens to what the customer wants and provides great service. she has been great with my 71 ford mustang she made my dream car come true. like any other great things it needs time and appriciation to turn an old bucket into a beautiful unicorn!!! thanks Alice for all your work and keep working hard. = ) Pros: great prices great work and very professional!!! i gave alice russell my 79 trans am and tens of tholsands to do a full frame up nut and bolt restoration we had a contract, signed and everything. alice has told me for years that she is working on it and even specific things that she had done to the car. they were all lies while she was doing this she stripped the car down and parted it out. alice russell took all of the tens of tholsands of dollars that i had paid her to do the work on my car buy parts etc and alice told me and my family that she had spent the money to pay off debts. this woman is a carreer fraud artist do not get involved with this person or business she will take all your money and car and will leave you out to dry do a google search for alice russell muscle car city and hundrids of fraud warnings and alerts will pop up, again this woman is bad news stay away Cons: this woman alice russell is a theif and liar more

The truth is these negative reviews where posted by the same Person. This person is Dave G.G. Please do not be Na?ve check the dates on the postings. They where done right after the other. Dave has fabricated complaints. If at any time anyone wants to see the countless slanders, see photo's of the car he is complaining about, read the correspondence from my attorney or the State of California please let me know. The internet can be one of two things a wonderful resource of information, or a way for hateful people to scam, terrorize, stalk, manipulate, slander, and or tell out right lies about products, people or companies. It is very unfortunate that some people depend upon words of a cyber space individual to base their decisions. There is always three sides of any story the complaint the rebuttal and the truth.
