Dr. Mullanax and his team of doctors and nurses are outstanding. If you have a ""skin"" issue, this is the place you want to go. I have been going to him for 30 years and he always gives me friendly, courteous, and the very best medical attention. I recommend this office to everyone. Joe B. Very Friendly and Caring Staff 10/22/2008

I recently moved to the DFW area from San Antonio and Mullanax Dermatology was recommended to me by a friend. I was amazed when I called for an appointment and was told that I could get in the same week!\r I had a little trouble finding the office so I called and the person that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful in giving me great directions to the office. I was late when I arrived for my appointment, but the receptionist was very understanding. I was very impressed with Dr. Hensley and his nurse Sharon. They took very good care of me and my adult acne is much better today. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dermatologist. Pros: Good Service by Entire Staff more

Poor Customer service, Mismanages medical information 4/20/2008

As a former patient, I would like to warn anyone thinking of going to this place, the doctors are fantastic, but the office managment team have the worst customer service I have come across to this date. They have mismanaged the medical paperwork, notified me of medical information that was misinterpreted by the desk clerk, and scheduled my appointment days on the wrong days.
