Muffler Masters

I took my Toyota Tundra to Muffler Masters (MM) and met up with Doug, the owner. I told him the local Toyota Dealer could not determine the origin of the rattle in the back of my truck (two unsuccessful attempts). The metal to metal rattle was driving me nuts. It was determined that my muffler (factory aftermarket Toyota junk ) needed replacing. Doug's technician, Travis, did a super job on replacing my muffler and deleting the useless resonators (2). No rattle, great exhaust "note" and even better performance on the highway. Best of all, a $500 savings from Doug and M/Masters versus if Toyota did the job. Quick work, friendly, honest and best of all, a local business. Only good things to say about Doug and M/Masters. Needless to say the local Toyota Dealership lost a customer for maintenance work and future vehicle purchases. more

Doug and his crew are by far the best in Colorado Springs for custom and performance exhaust work. Their honest recommendations, attention to detail, and perfection-driven work ethic set these guys apart from anyone else. They did a complete custom exhaust on my 1980 Z28, from installation of ceramic coated mid-length headers, to the 2.5" dual exhaust with H-pipe, hangars, and custom bends. The mufflers are level and tucked up perfectly. The result is a complete system that no only looks show quality, but sounds and performs awesome. I have used these guys on several of my vehicles and will use them again on future ones. I highly recommend Doug at Muffler Masters (the north store on Austin Bluffs). I'm a girl and I don't know a whole lot about cars, but they take good care of you here and don't try to screw you over just because you wouldn't know the difference if they did. Really good people--it's small and locally-owned. They'll give you a good price and work with you. If you need anything done on your car, this is the place to go. more

This small shop usually has great prices on fixing what you need for your car. IT's located in Fountain/Widefield/Security but the guys there are knowledgeable and fast. They have always been able to fix whatever on my car whenever. They also do emissions testing in like 30 minutes or less depending on the day. more
