I was part of a party of 4 people that went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day 2007. I made a reservation a month in advance for 8:30pm. I did not get seated until 11pm. The service was very polite but slow. The restaurant seemed understaffed and unprepared for the Valentine's rush. When we finally got our table after 2 hours, i felt like the restaurant was closing around me, waiters disappeared, tables wer being set up for the next day, and the pleasant ambiance of a fantastic view turned into frustration and misery. When the food finally did arrive shortley after midnight it was terrible, and tasted like it had been microwaved or sat under a heat lamp for hours... The only compensation I received for a terrible experience was an extra lobster tail that tasted like rubber. The view was great but not worth the bad experience, personally i would not visit this restaurant again.
Pros: The view is fantastic.
Cons: On this evening: service, ambience, seating and the food were all below average.
