I contracted Mt.Clemens Door to install a new steel entry door. Five days later I don't have the correct lock I order, the door floor plate is loose and the weather stripping was installed wrong. When they came back out to install the correct lock assembly they brought out the wrong one again! They told me it would be another couple of days to get the correct lock from Wixom, MI. I also don't have the key to the lock, the installers told me they left it at the locksmith and told their boss they lost it, this is a business that does not care if someone else has a key to your home or business.
Cons: Owner likes to blame everyone else, but him self.
